I agree to hold Robert Gregory, REMAX Austin Advantage and REMAX International harmless in connection with all services delivered by any hotel. I understand the hotel is a contracted service and thereby operates independently. I agree that I will be responsible for direct payment to the hotel plus any taxes and additional fees (example, ordering of pay movies, long distance calls, other incidentals). I understand that hotel rates may vary and are not guaranteed until a confirmation is received from the Robert Gregory Group. I understand the hotel may be sold out on certain days and that I am not guaranteed a room until I have received a confirmation from the Robert Gregory Group.
